Appointments are secured with a deposit made during booking, and new clients complete consent forms as part of onboarding. Anyone who may not feel well or has symptoms is asked to reschedule. Arrivals are held to a 5-minute grace period, and arriving later may lead to cancellation.

Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a charge of 50% of the service price. A no-call, no-show may be rescheduled but incurs a 100% service charge, and missing an appointment without prior notice can lead to being blocked from booking future visits. Children and extra guests are not permitted during appointments, and clients bringing a child should let the studio know before booking. Availability outside business hours is checked by direct message or email. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay. Booking an appointment confirms that the client has read and agrees to the policies.
