Enhance 1 Salon Studios offers private studios for rent to independent beauty and wellness professionals in Sanford. Each renter works from their own room and runs their own business, so the building suits people who want their own space without running a full salon.

The building provides 24/7 access, secure entry and professionally cleaned common areas. Utilities and high-speed WiFi are included in the rent. A break room has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee station, an on-site laundry facility is open to renters, and parking is available for renters and their clients.

Studios are described as spacious, and renters can personalize their own space with décor, wall color and artwork. Renters also receive added exposure through the building's website, a building directory and social media channels.

Studio time is charged at $85 per day for a 10-hour block. Booking more than one day in the same week reduces the price to $70 per day. To secure a reservation, clients complete an online application, sign the terms and conditions, and pay the full amount. Cancellations received fewer than 48 hours before the confirmed date are not eligible for a refund.
