Eneeva was founded to help people feel more at ease in their skin, with acne and other skin concerns at the center of the practice. Estrella Richardson, the owner and CEO, leads the business from a suite on Cross Timbers Road. Clients come from Flower Mound and surrounding areas including Lewisville, Northlake, Denton, Arlington, Roanoke, Bartonville and Little Elm.

Every treatment begins with a skin analysis, and the plan is updated at each visit to fit the client's goals. The Face Reality Acne Boot Camp is a non-prescription program lasting three to six months, designed for inflamed and non-inflamed, hormonal, cystic, rosacea and back acne. Consultation comes first, and clients on prescription topicals such as Retin-A are asked to stop them before starting. LED light therapy in blue and red can be added to acne sessions. The facial menu is broad, from an Oxygen Bubble Facial and HydraFacial lines to a customized facial that opens with a personal skin analysis, a facial built for men that includes minimal extraction and high-frequency, and back treatments. Other options include dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, lymphatic drainage, cold plasma and microcurrent lifting. DMK Enzyme Therapy is offered in levels, with a first-visit level and a follow-up level, using DMK Home Prescriptive products.

Device and laser work includes IPL PhotoFacial, ResurFX fractional laser, and PhotoFractional treatments that combine the two. Laser hair removal is for Fitzpatrick skin types I through IV and is priced by area, with at least four sessions recommended. Laser tattoo removal works on black ink. A $60 consultation is required before laser treatments, and packages are available for laser work. Booking details: a credit card is kept on file for every appointment. Cancellations need 48 hours notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged $100. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their visit shortened or moved, and late arrivals are charged for the full session. Walk-ins are welcome when appointments are open, Sunday visits are by appointment only, and text and email reminders go out four days and one day ahead. Payment plans carry a 15% fee from the third-party provider, while paying in full avoids it. Gift cards and skinbetter science products are also available. Prices may change without notice.
