The business publishes guidance on preparing for an appointment, such as trimming hair to the right length for each method and avoiding perfumes and body scrubs the day before.

Aftercare guidance covers the days following a visit. Clients are asked to avoid exfoliating products for one to two days, skip antiperspirant or deodorant for 24 hours after an underarm wax, and avoid hot baths, saunas, sun and tanning beds for the periods the business specifies.

The business states that it uses single-use applicators and hospital-grade cleaning products. It also recommends returning every three to six weeks between waxing appointments and offers three-appointment packs that can be prepaid at a discount.

Some services are not offered to everyone. The business does not wax clients taking Accutane, does not recommend waxing for clients using certain skin-thinning acne medications, and will not wax moles, sunburned or irritated skin, or open skin. Waxing is also not done on the same day as a tanning session, within seven days of a light chemical peel or microdermabrasion, or within one year of laser skin resurfacing or two years of a physician-administered peel.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A 50% fee applies to cancellations made with less notice, and no-shows are charged the full price of the booked services. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and can be bought, reloaded and checked online.
