The brow menu is built as a series of steps. Act 1 is a simple wax and tweeze, Act 2 adds a mini consultation, a custom tint, waxing and tweezing, and Act 3 is a brow lamination with tint that includes a consultation and mapping. The business calls the brow lamination its house favorite.
The lash menu covers classic, hybrid, volume and artistry extensions, along with a K lash lift and tint for natural lashes. Fills are offered at one, two and three week intervals, but they are only for existing sets with good retention, and a set that has become too sparse for a fill has to be rebooked as a full set. Removal dissolves the adhesive to take the extensions off. A Lash Introductory package covers a first full set, two fills and an aftercare kit, and colored artistry sets are pre-ordered after the client messages the studio.
Waxing includes the chin, lip, underarm, bikini and Brazilian areas. The studio also lists a Grand Encore facial, a 60-minute treatment from $120, and a Mini Encore, a 30-minute facial from $85, each with several options. The Bridal Collection, priced at $450 and taking about four hours, combines a dermaplaning facial, a brow or lash service of choice and a Brazilian or comparable wax. The business describes it as its ultimate pre-wedding collection.
Deposits are required for most bookings and are non-refundable, though they can be transferred once with proper notice. Same-day cancellations and reschedules are not accepted, and late cancellations may carry a 40% service fee. Appointments start at the booked time, and a late arrival may shorten the service without reducing the price. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as missed. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
