Manicures include a dry Russian-style method that needs no soaking and uses an e-file for precise cuticle work; that e-file prep is part of every manicure. Clean Manicure is a trim, shape and cuticle prep with a choice of buff and shine or a clear top coat, without colored polish, and takes about 30 minutes. No-Chip Manicure uses a no-chip gel polish and takes about 1 hour 15 minutes.
For strength and length, the salon offers Gel Overlay, which applies a soft or hard gel over the natural nail using BIAB, a soft gel layer. Gel-X extensions are described as lightweight, and acrylic nails come in colored acrylic or gel polish; the salon calls its acrylic enhancement the strongest of its options. Pedicures include Basic, with regular polish or a no-chip option, Luxe with a milk and honey mask, and Jelly, an aromatherapy version of the luxe pedicure. Acrylic Toes can be done as a dry pedicure, with the wet version at an additional charge.
Nail art is priced by level, with individual nails or all fingers available, and combinations within the same level are priced separately. Level 1 covers ombre, chrome, glitter and simple line art; Level 2 covers French, marble, cateye and blooming gel; Level 3 covers advanced line art, 3D art and encapsulation. Full Bling covers the nail with glass rhinestones, and its price can change with time and crystal type. Freestyle designs, including Aura Freestyle with five or more nail arts, Hibiscus Flowers with French and Rhinestone Frenchies, are quoted after clients share an idea and images.
Clients must be 15 or older, and parents may wait in the hallway or drop off and pick up. A consent form is required before the first appointment and again whenever personal information changes. Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead carry no fee, while later cancellations and no-shows carry a 50 to 100 percent fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation, and there is a 10-minute grace period with a $15 fee after it. The salon offers a complimentary fix if a client raises a dissatisfaction within 10 days, but it does not give refunds. Cash and card are accepted, with a 3 percent fee on card payments, and cash is encouraged.
