Facials are the core of the menu, from a 30-minute express custom facial to an 80-minute stone treatment. Options include the Instant Alchemist express facial, Just Jellie with a hydrating jelly mask, Spellbound with deep cleansing and dermal layering, Chaos designed for teen skin, and DragonFyre, an acne-focused treatment. The Alchemist is a custom facial with analysis, resurfacing and massage, and Stone Serenity adds hot stone, scalp and neck and shoulder massage. A gentle Fairie facial is offered for children aged 12 and under.

Chemical peels include Luminos Flash, a brightening exfoliation, and the custom Phoenix peel, which can be extended to the décolleté. Each chemical peel client fills out a Peel Consent and Acknowledgment form for every peel service, though not for each session within a peel series. Hot stones cannot be booked with peels, but cold stones can. A free 15-minute consultation covers treatment series, patch testing and at-home skin care.

Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Rescheduling or cancelling at least 24 hours ahead is free; later cancellations and no-shows carry a 30% fee. Appointments include a 10-minute grace period, and clients running late or unable to attend are asked to call 859-415-8973. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
