The menu is organized around lash work. Extensions range from a classic natural set, which takes about 40 minutes, to anime or fairy styles that run about 1 hour 30 minutes. Between visits, clients can book fills to maintain their set, or choose a lash lift for the natural lashes themselves. A lash lift can be paired with a black tint, and the nourishing plump lift is the higher-priced option.

Add-ons include an LED treatment, a lash removal service for sets applied at the salon, and an after-hours or squeeze-in fee. Temporary tattoo designs come in two families, 2W tattoos and gradient add-ons, each offered in several sizes from 3x3 to 10x10.

Booking is by reservation and is confirmed once a $30 deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations. Cancellations and changes need at least 7 days' notice, same-day cancellations are charged the full service amount, and clients who arrive 10 minutes late will not be serviced. Lash removal has to be added when the appointment is booked. A signed consent form is required at every visit.

Clients are asked to disclose any eye conditions or allergies before their appointment, since a service may be refused if they are not mentioned. Lash perm services, including the perm used in idol lashes, are not offered within two weeks of a previous perm. Service is not provided to pregnant clients, for safety reasons.
