The service menu is organized into hair care, locs, creative styles, men's services and other services. Hair care covers trims, clean-ends trims, wash and blow dry, deep conditioning and natural styling. The locs menu includes dread styling, dread maintenance with re-twisting or two-strand twists, an apple cider steam treatment for deep cleaning and conditioning, pipe curls and starter locs. Creative styles include Chrocets and Chrocet and soft locs, and men's services include man bun cornrows, plats, wash and style, and natural styling.

Loc extensions are handled differently from walk-in services. Clients book a loc extension consultation first, which is priced separately, and then pay a deposit of $150 that goes toward the service. Permanent loc extensions and Micro Minnies, with an option for 100% human hair, are longer appointments that take several hours.

Deposits hold appointments: a deposit is due within 24 hours of booking, and an invoice is sent right after booking. Clients are asked to mention any allergies, including to products, when they book a service that uses products.
