Visits are by appointment and must be booked at least three business days ahead. A $30 retainer confirms the booking, goes toward the service and is non-refundable, and bookings made within two business days carry an extra $15. Listed prices are base prices and rise with the amount of work and styling done at the appointment. Clients are asked to come alone, and children or companions are only allowed with a booked service. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm, and closed Sundays and Mondays.
Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service price to the card on file. Cancelling within three business days of the appointment forfeits the retainer, while rescheduling within that window keeps the retainer for the new service. Add-ons requested on the day are done only if the schedule allows, for an additional fee.
Permanent and custom color require a consultation booked before the appointment. Bridal services are offered to brides and their bridesmaids, with a consultation 30 days ahead. The bride's retainer is $100, or $200 when bridesmaids are included, and her balance is due at the consultation.
Wig customizing can include bleached knots, tinted lace and hairline plucking.
