Services are by appointment and each one is adjusted to the client's features, preferences and day-to-day needs. Eyelash extensions run from classic to mega volume, with wispy and textured styles also offered. Refills are usually recommended every two to three weeks and are planned around lash growth, retention and any extensions already in place. Clients arriving with extensions from another artist are welcome; a foreign fill may need an extended refill or a full removal and new set.
The studio also offers lash lifts, which curl natural lashes without extensions. A tinted version is available that darkens them as well. A lift typically holds for about six to eight weeks. For the first 24 hours afterward, clients are asked to keep lashes away from moisture, heat, heavy oil products and mascara. Brow lamination shapes and sets brows, with an optional tint, and typically lasts four to eight weeks. It is not permanent makeup, and it involves no tattooing or microblading.
The nail menu includes Russian manicures and pedicures with no polish, regular polish or gel options, gel manicures, Gel-X soft gel extensions over natural nails, minimalist nail designs, kids' manicures and removals. A new-client Russian gel manicure and gel pedicure special for short nails is available on a first visit only.
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead are free and can be done by text. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited and a 50% fee applies to the card on file. Cancelling within one hour or not showing up is charged the full scheduled amount, and late arrivals end at the original appointment time at full price. Services are non-refundable, and after-hours appointments may be possible on request for an extra 25% fee, though they are not guaranteed.
Each service is tailored to the client's features, preferences and lifestyle, and lash refills are planned around growth, retention and existing extensions.
