Consultations run about an hour and take place in person at the Sugar Land office or virtually. Fees are tailored to each person: the surgeon examines the patient, and only after a plan is agreed is a price set. Procedure prices are not published. Care is available in English and Spanish. Every consultation, follow-up and MedSpa visit takes place at the Sugar Land office, and the practice does not arrange travel or lodging.

Procedures fall into five groups: face and neck, breast, body, MedSpa, and after weight loss. The practice names Brazilian butt lift, fat transfer, breast augmentation, liposuction and mommy makeovers among its signature procedures. Liposuction and Lipo 360 contour the torso all the way around. Fat transfer and Brazilian butt lift both use the patient's own purified fat, with donor areas contoured in the same session. Before-and-after photos of patients are shared with consent and shown without retouching.

Select procedures can be done awake under local tumescent anesthesia, sometimes with light sedation, for appropriate candidates. Procedures that offer this option are marked on the site, and general anesthesia is always available. More extensive operations and combinations such as a mommy makeover are typically planned under general anesthesia. The surgeon determines candidacy for either approach after reviewing medical history and the specific plan. Patients having awake surgery need a companion to drive them home and stay with them during early recovery. Surgery after weight loss is usually scheduled once weight has been stable for several months, and the practice does not manage GLP-1 medication; decisions about it are coordinated with the prescribing physician.

Financing is available through Cherry, PatientFi and CareCredit, which are independent lenders that set their own approval, rates and terms. CareCredit is accepted for surgical procedures and ongoing MedSpa treatments, and major credit and debit cards are also accepted. The MedSpa offers three monthly memberships, set up in person or by phone rather than online: Silver at $299, Gold at $499 and Platinum at $799 per month, each with a six-month minimum and member savings of 10, 15 or 20 percent on injectables, select treatments and skin care.

Plans are built around each patient's anatomy, goals and concerns rather than a fixed package. The practice aims for natural-looking results, with proportion valued over volume.
