Lash work is organized by style and by artist level. Classic silk and classic mink sets, the natural, extra, ultra and mega volume sets, and bottom lash extensions each have their own pricing for refills and full sets. Full sets are priced differently with a Lash Artist than with a Senior Lash Artist, and a new client promotion offers a classic silk full set for $99 with the Lash Artists, limited to one use per client and not applicable to senior artists or a specifically requested artist.

Memberships come in Silver (one month), Gold (six months) and Diamond (twelve months) tiers and cover classic silk, classic mink and the volume styles. Each membership includes two refills every four weeks, with the Gold tier listed at 13 total refills and Diamond at 26 total refills. Members receive 10% off products and other services, $30 off each full set, anniversary and birthday gifts, and a complimentary facial that varies by tier. Payment can be spread monthly, over six months or over twelve months, and unused benefits roll over to the next visit. The salon also lists a referral reward of $50 for members and $10 for non-members, and states that memberships can save up to $500.

Facials begin with a consultation in which an esthetician assesses the skin and builds a custom plan, followed by cleansing, extractions, massage and targeted treatments. Organic facials come in 30-minute Express, 60-minute Customized and 90-minute Ultimate versions, and Glo2 facials come in 30-minute Express, 60-minute Relax and 90-minute Ultimate versions. The Glo2 facial is described by the salon as using oxygenation, exfoliation and deep nourishment. Facial enhancements such as chemical peel, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, lymphatic massage with LED light therapy and a lip treatment can be added.

Brow and permanent makeup services cover brow tinting, brow lamination, microblading, microshading, a microblading and microshading combination, lip blushing and eyeliner. According to the salon, cosmetic semi-permanent makeup can last 12 to 24 months depending on skin type. Combination packages pair brow lamination with a lash lift, and waxing covers brows, lip, chin and full face.

The business is also recruiting Lash Artists and Permanent Makeup Artists who are licensed cosmetologists or estheticians. Stylists with less experience can enroll in an advanced Lash Stylist-in-Training program and receive an EMME certification after completing the training period. Applications are sent by email with a resume attached.

Each facial starts with an esthetician consultation and a plan built for the individual skin, and lash sets are matched to a chosen volume style, set length and artist level.
