The menu is split into Nails and Add-ons. Manicures and pedicures are available without polish, with Dazzle Dry polish, with gel, or with dip powder. Pedicures include a soak, nail trimming and shaping, buffing, cuticle care, an exfoliating scrub, callus work and a foot massage. The Deluxe pedicures add a mud mask and a longer foot massage. Gel-X sets start at $85 and take about 90 minutes. Add-ons include French tips, nail art, a mask, a scrub, extensions starting at $10 and an extra 10-minute massage.

Gel and dip removal is available for services done somewhere else, at $15 for gel and $20 for dip. On several gel and dip services, removal is complimentary when Dee does it.

Hours are Monday 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 11 AM and Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM; the salon is closed Wednesday through Saturday. Clients get an appointment confirmation 72 hours ahead. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and clients running late are asked to call or text. A $25 rescheduling or late fee applies, and no-shows are charged the full price of the booked services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Payments are taken through the booking site.
