Services range from a standard haircut with scissor or clipper work for hair above the shoulder or shorter, to a Top Shelf haircut that adds a custom cut, an eye mask, a peppermint scalp treatment, an extended scalp massage and two steam towels with a choice of essential oils. Beard detail can be added to the Top Shelf cut for $15 more. Haircut and beard combinations include facial hair trimming, a shampoo and a neck massage. New clients can book packages with extra time for a consultation, and a first-time visit includes a steamed towel and shampoo.

Booking is by appointment through the online booking system or by contacting the salon. Hours fall on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the cancelled services. Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late pay a $10 late fee and may be refused service.
