Facials are the core of the menu. Options run from a 30-minute Express Facial starting at $65 and a 60-minute Complete Cleanse starting at $115, to a 90-minute Signature Facial with massage starting at $185. Teen Clean is a customized 30 to 40 minute facial for teens dealing with breakouts and acne scarring, and a Gentlemen's Facial is offered for men. Other treatments include Gua Sha, O2Derm facials given in an oxygen dome, a Hydroexfoliator facial using water, customized serums and suction exfoliation, and a Spi-Cure facial using microneedles made from hydrolyzed freshwater sponge. Sculplla, a facial starting at $225 built on poly-L-lactic acid, niacinamide and caffeine, can also be added to other treatments as a mask.

The laser menu uses the Aerolase Neo, Aerolase Era EraPeel and LightPod Era systems. Aerolase Neo addresses skin tone, texture, fine lines, wrinkles, veins, redness and hyperpigmentation with no downtime, and sessions are generally recommended four to six weeks apart. Aerolase Era EraPeel is a customizable option for signs of aging that requires little social downtime, priced by area from hands to full face. LightPod Era is an aesthetic laser described as FDA cleared, with separate treatments for enlarged pores, moderate sun damage, deep wrinkles, scar tissue and benign growths. Laser services also include tattoo removal, laser hair removal, acne treatment for teens, and treatments for capillaries, scar revision and stretch marks. A $150 consultation is offered for EraPeel, and that fee goes toward the service.

Beyond the facial and laser menus, the spa offers waxing and sugaring hair removal, with a Wax Services Rewards Card that gives a stamp for each wax and a complimentary wax once the card is full. Brazilian waxing is not offered for men at this time. Makeup services include a 60-minute one-on-one lesson, consultation and application, and special event makeup for prom, dates, ceremonies and photo shoots. Lash and brow services include lash lifts, lash tints and semi-permanent brow tints. Massage options are lymphatic drainage, prenatal, reflexology and customized massage, in 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute lengths, with add-ons such as hot stones and cupping.

Booking can be done online, by phone or by email, and a credit card is required to hold an appointment. A no-show is charged the full price of the missed service, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50 percent. Monday appointments must be cancelled by 4:45 p.m. the Saturday before to avoid same-day fees, and texts or voicemails left outside business hours do not count as notice. First-time clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and late arrivals may have treatment shortened. Children under 12 are not permitted at appointments, and gratuity is not included in prices. Gift certificates are available in any amount, and the spa offers Cherry buy-now-pay-monthly installment payments.
