The space is designed to feel calm and restful, with a vintage-inspired interior. The facial menu runs from a 45-minute dermaplaning treatment to a 90-minute Clearing Facial for acne-prone skin, which includes thorough extractions and LED healing and hydration.
Other facials include the Platinum Firming Facial, an 80-minute anti-aging treatment with cryo therapy and LED; the Customized Facial, which adds a hand and foot massage to the Renew steps; and the 60-minute Renew Facial. Dermaplaning can be added to any facial as a 25-minute add-on. Couples facials let two guests share one room, and Glamour Girl dual facials are built for a guest and a close companion.
The Acne Academy is a personalized program offered in person or as a hybrid. It pairs professional treatments with a home-care routine used twice daily, regular check-ins, a food-diary review, and education on acne triggers including skin care, hair care, lifestyle, food and supplements. Food guidance is not medical nutrition therapy. Students stay in the program for at least three months, and most finish Level 1 CLEAR in about six to nine months before moving on to Level 2 BRIGHT, which focuses on post-acne marks and discoloration. The business says the program works on acne and its root cause without harsh pharmaceuticals.
The Sisterhood membership offers discounts on services. Posh Sister saves $25 off a facial every four to six weeks, Ritzy Sister saves $15 off a facial every six to eight weeks, Lash Bash saves $21 on lash lifts and tints, and Silky Sister saves on waxing. Booking requires a card kept on file, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice.
