A booking starts with an inquiry form, followed by a custom proposal with pricing and an availability reply. A signed agreement and deposit reserve the date, and the client then chooses a lead artist and can book a consultation on a separate day. Artist availability is first come, first served. The booking manager creates the timeline; services are usually scheduled in 30 to 45 minute slots and bride services in 45 to 60 minute slots, and each artist typically handles up to six to eight services on a wedding day.
