Beauty and personal service training sits alongside culinary, massage, esthetics and trades programs. The college runs four businesses open to the public, all staffed by students in training: Emily's Salon and Barbershop, Emily's Spa, Emily's Massage Clinic and Emily's Cafe. Salon and barbershop services are performed by Cosmetology and Barbering students, spa services by Esthetician students, and massage by Massage Therapy students, each under licensed instructors. The salon and barbershop are at 1820 Lincoln St., next door to the main campus entrance, and are open from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM with intermittent breaks when school is in session. Calling ahead to check availability is encouraged before walking in, since not every service is offered at all times and instructors decide whether a requested service fits within operating hours. Chemical services begin at 9 AM and include a required consultation. Prices can rise with hair length, thickness and past chemical processing, and hair reaching the middle of the back or the bottom of the back carries an added charge. Children must stay with an adult guardian at all times in the salon, since the salon has no child-care space or staff to supervise them. The salon and barbershop accept cash, Visa and Mastercard, but not bills over $20.

The Spa is at the Branch Campus at 1205 Osage St., which houses trades programs. It takes scheduled appointments only, with no walk-ins, and payment is due before service. Offerings include facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, makeup application, lash and brow treatments and spray tans, and the college describes its skin care as high quality and low priced. Nail services are also listed, including manicures, pedicures and gel polish. The Massage Clinic is on the mezzanine level of the main campus at 1860 Lincoln St. It takes scheduled appointments only, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, with the last appointment starting at 2:30 PM. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice by phone or email, and payment is due before service.

Emily's Cafe is in the lobby of the main campus at 1860 Lincoln St. and is run by Culinary Arts students under the instructor's supervision. Breakfast is served all day, with burritos, omelettes, an omelette bar, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and a yogurt and salad bar. Lunch regulars include a burger combo, grilled cheese and French fries, and daily specials rotate monthly. Breakfast is served 8:30 to 9:30 AM and lunch 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM Monday through Wednesday, with dinner on Tuesday evenings only. The cafe accepts cash, Visa and Mastercard, but not bills over $20. The college describes its prices as affordable.

Campus tours run every other Tuesday, are capped at 20 attendees, and require signing up in advance. Parking is limited and visitors pass through security, and late arrivals may be asked to wait or reschedule. Apprenticeship and multimedia and video production tours are not offered. The college also offers certificate programs with a hands-on focus, apprenticeships, concurrent enrollment for high school students, English language courses, an adult high school diploma option and continuing education.
