The hair color menu covers toner, root touch-ups, all over color, partial and full highlights, teasylights or balayage, bleach and tone, and transformative or color correction. Color correction covers corrective work on box dye, perms, or color that did not turn out as planned, as well as lightening dark hair to blonde. New clients booking color correction pay a $100 deposit, and the appointment runs about five and a half hours and includes a K18 treatment and blow dry. Pricing for that service is by the hour, starting at $85.
Haircuts and styling include women's and children's cuts, bang trims, blow dries, blow dry with curls, and formal styling. The K18 treatment is offered on its own and is described as helping reverse damage from color, heat, and chemical services while restoring strength and smoothness. The studio's stated priority is keeping clients' hair healthy.
Lash services include classic, hybrid, manga/manhwa, and volume fills and full sets, plus lash removal, which can be added to a set. Fills and sets carry deposits, and a foreign fill fee applies when lashes were applied somewhere other than the studio. Permanent jewelry is clasp-less and painless, made from 14k gold-filled or sterling silver chain into a bracelet, necklace, ring, or anklet. A chain that breaks within 14 days is rewelded at no added cost if the chain is still held.
Policies ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid a 50% fee, which also applies to late arrivals and no-shows. Clients more than 20 minutes late forfeit the appointment. Refunds are not offered once time and products have been used, and hair or lash concerns reported within 2 days are corrected at no cost.
