The salon specializes in custom lived-in color. Its dimensional looks are designed to grow out well and are tailored to each client. Colors are planned around a person's lifestyle, features and personal style, and the salon describes its work as a meeting point of artistry and authenticity.

Color ranges from a demi-permanent gloss and root touch-ups through mini, partial and full highlights, combined root and highlight services, a platinum card service and fashion shades such as red, pink, blue or purple. Fashion color requires a consultation first, and pricing for those appointments may vary.

The salon describes its atmosphere as a place where clients can relax and leave feeling refreshed. Booking is by appointment, and the salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 PM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

Booking terms: rescheduling at least 48 hours before the appointment avoids a charge of 50% of the service. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 100% of the service, and arriving 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show with the same charge. Changes must be sent by text to the salon number, as phone calls are not accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
