Hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and the salon states that appointments are guaranteed. It lists six licensed artists on its team.

Custom gel sets are full acrylic or hard-gel extensions shaped and sized to each client, then painted and finished by hand. They start at $55 for acrylic and $65 for hard gel. Nail art is offered as an add-on, including sculptural 3-D florals, gems and textures, and 3-D work is priced on request. Long nails are priced by length, so clients are asked to inquire first.

Pedicures range from a 15-minute baby pedicure to the VIP Emerald Nail Spa, which the salon describes as its signature experience at $75 for about 1 hour 30 minutes. The Spa Pedicure, starting at $45, includes a foot soak, exfoliation, massage and color. A combined hands-and-feet option with a gel finish is $69 and takes about an hour.
