Every new guest starts with a 15-minute consultation, which can be done in person or by FaceTime on weekdays. During it, the studio looks at scalp, density, lifestyle and goals, then builds a maintenance plan for that client. Starter loc appointments require an in-person consultation instead, and weekend consultations are not offered.

Maintenance visits range from a scalp cleanse that washes, conditions and blow dries the hair without retwisting or styling, to fuller appointments that add a professional retwist. The Renewal is the most complete option, adding a finished style chosen by the client. The studio says it is the best choice for clients who want to leave feeling fully refreshed, neat and styled. Clients pick their style, length and loc count add-ons while booking those appointments.

Add-ons include a deep detox using apple cider vinegar and baking soda before a full shampoo, a severe-matting restoration intensive that must be paired with a detox and a consultation, loc reattachments, loc count adjustments for larger heads of loc, and removal of styles for clients who have not taken their hair down beforehand.

Studio hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. Appointments outside those hours carry an after-hours add-on. Deposits secure every booking and go toward the service total; they are non-refundable, though a deposit can be transferred once with proper notice.

Maintenance is planned around each client after a consultation that looks at scalp, density, lifestyle and goals.
