The massage menu includes Swedish and relaxation massage with long, light gliding strokes and gentle joint movement, which also covers the face, hands, feet and scalp unless otherwise noted. Therapeutic and deep tissue massage works through muscle tension layer by layer. It is slower than regular bodywork and may not cover the whole body in one session. Sports massage focuses on frequently used muscle groups and includes table top stretching. Hot stone treatments use smooth basalt stones on key points of the body, with aromatherapy and hot towels included at no charge. Reiki is offered as a stress reduction and relaxation practice that treats mind, body and spirit. Thai yoga massage uses assisted yoga postures, compression and acupressure; clients wear loose clothing, no oil is used, and the session is traditionally done on a floor mat but can be done on a table. Pre and post natal massage is offered for expectant mothers.

Facials are customized to skin type and are time based, with add-on treatments chosen at the esthetician's discretion. The Essentials Facial is 50 minutes for $110. The Signature Glow Facial is 60 minutes for $125 and includes enzyme, extractions, mask, massage, serum and moisturizer. The Advanced Renewal Facial is 75 minutes for $140 and builds on the Signature Glow with optional LED, high frequency, dermaplaning or microdermabrasion. The Luxe Transformation Facial is 90 minutes for $195, with extended massage and an optional chemical peel or nano infusion.

Waxing uses a hard wax that is described as minimally painful and suited to sensitive skin, and it leaves no sticky residue. Options run from a chin wax at $10 to a full face wax at $50, and a Brazilian wax starts at $68. Corporate onsite chair massage is provided at the workplace at $2.00 per minute or a $90 flat hourly rate with a 3-hour minimum, plus mileage.

Appointments can be booked online through the GlossGenius booking page. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, otherwise the full appointment amount is charged and must be paid before the next appointment. Missed appointments for any reason are charged. Late arrivals may have sessions shortened, and the full session is still charged. Clients can complete forms covering health information, a screening questionnaire, a body map, a health status update, feedback, physician's permission, physician's referral and billing.
