Much of the menu is braided and natural styling. Options include knotless box braids in several sizes, tribal braids, island twists, boho knotless styles and braids for an undercut, along with loc retwists, silk presses and sleek ponytails. Children's services cover braids, loc retwists, blowouts and a King's Style for boys. Many braided and natural styles ask for a $25 deposit, and several services list add-ons such as extra length, cleansing shampoo and extra braids or designs.

Eriel keeps hair health in view alongside the finished look, using protective styles to care for natural hair. Clients booking for their children are welcome. Appointments can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations and reschedules carry a $50 fee and may lead to a block on future bookings, so clients are asked to text or call as early as possible. A client who has not communicated 30 minutes after the start time is treated as a no-show and charged 50% of the service price.
