The studio at 680 Thornton Way centers on braiding and loc work. The price list is organized by style and by who the service is for, with women's, men's, kids' and natural hair services each grouped separately.

Kiara Ruff is the stylist behind the business. Many prices are listed as a starting point, since the final cost depends on the style, the number of braids or locs, or the length and condition of the hair.

Booking requires a deposit that goes toward the service cost and is non-refundable. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are charged a $20 late fee for each 15 minutes. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full service price. Payment is taken in cash or by Zelle rather than through Booksy.

Matted hair must be detangled before a service, and that work is charged at $25 or more. Kids' services are for children at least five years old who can sit still for the appointment. The space is shared, so guests who are not being serviced are not allowed in.
