Medical-aesthetic services are delegated by Garland under her Colorado nursing license.

Ember works as a private-pay membership practice rather than an insurance plan, and members are encouraged to keep their health insurance for care outside the membership. Membership is deliberately limited so each member gets personal attention. The medical membership is $199 a month, or $349 a month for two people, and includes a Spark Visit, a personalized care plan, lab review, secure messaging with the provider between visits, prescription management and preferred pricing on commonly prescribed medications and procedures. If someone joins the same day as their Spark Visit, that visit is credited toward the first month.

Ember's aesthetic membership costs $209 per month. Each month, members get one customized treatment, which they pick from microneedling, a chemical peel, Pulse Infusion with cryo and heat, Glacial Rx, Diamond Glow with dermaplane, or Skin Classic. A complimentary brow wax comes with each monthly treatment. Members also get discounted rates on Tox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, IPL, laser hair reduction, laser resurfacing, and medical-grade skincare and retail products. After one year of continuous membership, members receive 20 complimentary units of Tox. Holders of a medical membership can get the same preferred rates on aesthetic services and retail products without buying an aesthetic membership.

Visits are by appointment only. The practice is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, and closed Mondays and Saturdays. Tuesday and Thursday hours run 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am to 7:30 pm, and Friday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. First visits can be booked online, with a card saved at booking to hold the appointment. A complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call covers goals and questions before care begins, and Cherry financing is available for those who want to pay over time.

The Academy of Facial Aesthetics was started by Jenny Garland. It operates apart from Ember's patient services and belongs to Jasper Medical Services LLC. In-person classes are held at Ember's Castle Rock suite. The Colorado Department of Higher Education's Private Occupational School Board has approved the Academy and oversees it. Injectable and skin treatments aim for subtle refinement and long-term tissue health rather than dramatic change, and laser treatments follow medically guided protocols for steady, controlled improvement.
