Color is a large part of the menu, from hairline and part-line grey coverage and gloss refreshes to balayage, highlights, color removal and full vivid transformations. The Rise extension program includes a consultation that is required before any new install, plus reset appointments that the salon recommends every six to ten weeks. Other offerings include Brazilian Blowout smoothing, perms, curly haircuts, and men's cuts that include a hot towel ritual and neckline grooming.

Packages and a monthly blowout membership bundle styling visits together, and the salon also offers brow tinting, brow shaping and makeup sessions.

The salon takes card and other payments and lists house calls as an option. Open Monday 9 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday to Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and closed Sunday. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed are subject to a 50% service charge, and repeat late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before rebooking. Some services, including the Rise extension install, Brazilian Blowout for new clients, and the makeup session, require a deposit.
