The menu is organized into classic services, embellished services, and other services and upgrades. Classic manicures and pedicures include trimming and shaping, cuticle work, massage, and buffing or polish. The embellished versions add a micro-buff exfoliating scrub and a paraffin wax treatment to the classic steps. Gel polish from CND Shellac can be added to a mani/pedi combo, and the add-on list includes nail art, glitter or nail stickers, French or American polish, extra massage, callus care, and an extended-massage pedicure. Booking is available online for yourself and up to three friends. Manicures and pedicures for more than one person are booked by phone or email, and online booking also covers manicures and pedicures for children. A petite mani/pedi for children 10 and under is booked by phone. Walk-ins are accepted when possible, but booking ahead is strongly recommended. The salon may close once its scheduled appointments are finished, so clients arriving late in the day should call first. Groups of 5 to 10 book by contacting the location where the event will be held, which holds the time and sends a group reservation form.
Private events are available, with the salon reserved during or outside regular hours and custom quotes provided on request. The business hosts pre-wedding parties, birthday celebrations, and team events. Clients must provide a valid credit card to hold a reservation, even when paying with a gift certificate. Changes can be made online up to four hours before a visit; later changes go through the location by phone. Cancelling less than four hours ahead incurs a fee of half the total service cost, and cancelling or rescheduling within one hour can be charged the full service price. A client more than 10 minutes late without contacting the location is recorded as a no-show.
Hours vary by location. Anderson is open Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Thursday until 9 pm, Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 5 pm. Westlake is open Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 5 pm. Bee Cave keeps the same weekday and Saturday hours and is open Sundays 11 am to 5 pm on alternating Sundays only.
