A visit can take from about an hour to four hours or more, depending on the service. Prices vary with hair length, texture, density and color, so listed prices are starting points and may change. Transformative Color, used for significant lightening, correcting earlier color or reinventing a look, is best preceded by a consultation. Extensions are customized and priced by consultation or quote through the stylist. Guests are offered refreshments and snacks.

Walk-ins are welcome and are matched with an available stylist. Clients can book by contacting a stylist directly, or new clients can use the Book an Appointment form. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Changes need at least 48 hours notice; later changes are charged 50% of the service cost, and no-shows without notice are charged the full cost. A credit card on file secures appointments and is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows.

Concerns about a service can be raised within 7 days of the appointment, and the options are a complimentary redo with the original stylist or a 75% refund of the service cost. Concerns raised later may not qualify, and refunds are not given for changes of mind or expectations not discussed at consultation. Some stylists are independent professionals who run their own business and manage their own services, policies and client resolutions. The salon also offers commission and booth rental options for stylists joining the team. The salon is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, and closed Sunday.
