Every visit is one on one in a fully private treatment room, and appointments run for the full time booked without sharing the room or the time with anyone else. Each appointment begins with a skin analysis and consultation, and the treatment plan is set from there. Advanced skin treatments are booked only after a consultation.

The facial menu ranges from acne and back facials to anti aging, LED and microdermabrasion-based facials, with add-ons such as dermaplaning, high frequency, LED phototherapy and ultrasonic exfoliation. Advanced options include PRX, PQ Age and BioPRO peels, microneedling, dermaplaning and LED phototherapy. Waxing is offered for women and men, and eyebrow and eyelash services include brow lamination, brow tinting, eyelash lifts, eyelash tinting and a combined lash lift and tint. Waxing and brow and lash services can be added to a facial in the same visit.

The studio stocks skincare lines that are professional-grade and made with organic and natural ingredients, plus its own private label products chosen for the studio. Clients can purchase these to keep up their treatment results at home. After a session, staff walk clients through home care, and product suggestions change as the skin does. The studio draws clients from Buffalo Grove and throughout Chicago's North Suburbs, and serves people from their twenties into their sixties and older.

The studio describes its focus as quality over quantity, with each plan built from a skin analysis and adjusted over time.

Every visit is held in a treatment room that is entirely enclosed, with no communal or open areas.
