Founder Erica Marie Gatt launched the business as EM SKIN in 2019. The studio describes its treatments as bespoke and transformational, carried out with state-of-the-art machines and current technologies, and using science-based and medical-grade products to cleanse, hydrate, detox and sculpt the skin. A treatment is built around each client's skincare needs and goals rather than a fixed menu. A visit usually begins with a 30-minute consultation for an EM Skin analysis. From there, the treatment plan is shaped to the client. Services fall into facials and a broader set of treatments that includes peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, lymphatic drainage with cupping, and an oxygen dome. The studio also runs a product shop with a wide selection of skincare lines, and retail prices are listed for serums and cleansers, such as a 15 ml Active Serum at $88.00 and a Cleansing Complex at $45.00.
