Manicures come in a regular version with trimming, shaping, cuticle care, a lotion massage and polish of the client's choice, a gel version, and a spa version. The spa manicure adds a soak, a sugar scrub, hot stones and collagen gloves. Pedicures are grouped into tiers that rise with the length of the foot massage, from a 4-minute massage in the Classic Pedicure to a 25-minute massage in the Candle Herbal Pedicure, with gel or French finishes on toenails available as add-ons.

Nail enhancements cover gel overlays, acrylic and Gel-X sets and refills, BIAB builder base, dipping powder work and color acrylic full sets. Nail art is offered as an add-on and priced on request, since design prices depend on complexity, time and the technician's skill. Nail removal can be booked alone or with other services, and children under 10 can have a manicure or pedicure, with an adult required to supervise them at all times.

Clients can ask for a complimentary consultation before any service. The technician confirms the total price before work begins, and a service is redone at no cost if the client is unsatisfied and says so during the appointment. Nail services carry a 7-day warranty, excluding regular polish, and scratched or misshapen nails are fixed when the salon is told within 24 hours and the repair is booked within 7 days. Repairs needed because of client damage such as broken or lifted nails are charged. All services are non-refundable, gift cards cannot be exchanged or replaced, exact color matches are not guaranteed across powder, gel and regular polish, and ingrown toenail removal is not offered, so severe cases are referred to a licensed podiatrist.
