The Flow Ritual costs $155 and runs 75 minutes; it is a slow, relaxing facial focused on de-puffing and sculpting through gentle movement, with aromatherapy across the neck, face and décolleté. Booking terms: cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-call no-shows are charged the full price. Clients with three or more late cancellations within three months are removed from future booking. Arriving more than 10 minutes late carries a $25 late fee and the appointment may be rescheduled. A card must be kept on file for these charges, and booking confirms agreement to the cancellation policy. Refunds are not given solely for dissatisfaction; services may be redone if the esthetician judges it appropriate and safe, and refunds may be considered if the service differed significantly from what was advertised or the studio made a clear mistake. Every service is performed in a clean space with sanitation and disinfection practices and client documentation.
