Haircuts are shaped around each client's face shape, style and goals, and most cuts begin with a consultation, a wash and a blowout. Elyse works especially with long and thick hair, including Asian and Indian hair, and welcomes clients of every hair type. Appointments are not rushed, and because keeping the hair healthy comes first, some hair goals are reached over several visits.

Color services include single process root touchups and all-over color, which can be permanent or demi-permanent with gray coverage available. Blonding is done as partial or full highlights for existing clients, using balayage, foil highlights, foilage or modern balayage, chosen at consultation. Brazilian Blowout is a smoothing treatment for all hair types that reduces frizz and drying time, adds shine, and can be added after a color service on the same day.

Makeup is offered for everyday looks, special occasions and weddings, and includes skincare prep and makeup customized to the client. Wedding makeup includes a pre-trial, and off-site wedding services are available for an added cost. Brow lamination and tinting, fake eyelash application and makeup tutorials are also offered.

Booking requires a credit card, and clients receive a text reminder 72 hours before their appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice carry a fee of half the booked service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Cancellations are made through Vagaro or by phone, and fees are billed through Vagaro invoices.
