Walk-ins are welcome, and clients can book online or by phone. A standard appointment needs no deposit. Free consultations are required before a first color, color correction or extension appointment, and before any major change, and every color and extension service begins with one. A strand test is done before significant lightening or corrective color. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service or a rescheduled appointment, depending on what time remains.

Balayage is a major part of the work. According to the salon, balayage usually looks its best for 8 to 12 weeks, toning and glossing last about 4 to 6 weeks, and a full refresh is generally needed every 4 to 6 months. Color correction addresses box dye that came out too dark or warm, uneven lightening, brassy tones and green tones from pool water. The salon notes that complex cases can take two to three sessions. Its toner and color refresh, listed from $30, uses a demi-permanent toner that does not lift the existing color.

Clients can choose from eight extension applications: tape-ins, tape-in wefts, hand-tied wefts, machine wefts, Q wefts, no-sew butterfly wefts, keratin fusion K-tips and cylinder I-tips. Strands are 100% Remy human hair, supplied by Aqua Hair Extensions and Babe Hair Extensions. K-tips are placed one strand at a time with a heat tool and cannot be reused, and with home care they last three to five months. Beaded I-tips are fitted with micro-beads, using neither heat nor glue, and are serviced every six to eight weeks. Installation for wefts and tape-ins starts at $150 per row or $250, and hair is not included in those prices. A consultation determines how many rows a client needs. The salon also offers tinsels, clip-in fitting, extension removal, toning and wash-and-blow-dry.

Blowout memberships give a choice of two or four blowouts with a Level 1-2 or Level 3+ stylist, with extension add-ons available. Other services include women's haircuts, full and partial highlights, keratin smoothing, spiral perms, special occasion styling and waxing. The salon has free parking, disabled access, a snack bar and WiFi. It is listed as LGBTQIA friendly and kid friendly. Spoken languages include English, Russian and Bulgarian.
