Visits are by appointment only, Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and the business is closed on Sundays. Only card payments are accepted. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments, and cancellations or no-shows with less notice may result in losing the session. Memberships are non-transferable and renew monthly. For facial clients, a complimentary 30-minute consultation with an esthetician assesses the skin and produces a personalized plan at no charge.

The facial menu is built around the Ultraceuticals line, ranging from a dermaplane and the Ultra Signature Facial up to brightening, discoloration-correcting and retinol peels, and The Glass Facial, which combines a brightening peel, a B2 mask and LED light therapy. A separate acne-focused menu covers acne facials, peels and an acne back facial. Facial add-ons include microcurrent, high frequency, serum infusion, LED light therapy and nano needling, which uses tiny silicone tips to help product absorption and skin texture.

The Bridal Beauty Menu offers a Wedding Week Glow Facial and several packages, each built from a set of facials and peels meant to prepare skin for the wedding day. The Bridal Glow Facial Package includes one Ultra Signature Facial and two HydraCalm Glow Peels, while the larger packages add more peels. Bridal packages are booked by choosing the Initial Wedding Package Service Appointment as the first service online. The business also hosts private group experiences for birthdays, bridal parties, bachelorette celebrations, mother-daughter days and corporate or team events.

Massage sessions run 30, 60, 75 and 90 minutes.
