The menu runs from a classic set through hybrid, anime manga, volume and mega volume styles, so clients can choose the look and fullness they want.
Refills are priced by set type, starting at a lower rate for classic sets and rising for volume and mega volume sets. Eyelash extension removal is also offered for clients who want their extensions taken off.
Clients are asked to keep water and moisture away from the lashes for the first 24 hours after a set. Oil-based makeup and makeup removers should be avoided around the extensions, and the lashes should not be rubbed, scratched or pulled. Makeup can be worn if the eye area is handled gently, though mascara and lash curling are not recommended. A lash brush is provided to help guide lashes into place.
Booking policies are strict: appointments are cancelled automatically if the client is more than 30 minutes late, and late arrivals are charged $25 to keep the current appointment. No refunds are issued. The studio accepts cash, debit and credit cards, Zelle, Venmo and PayPal.
Friend referral discounts and package deals are available. Gift cards can be bought in amounts of $25, $50, $100 or a custom amount, and they never expire.
