Booking is done online. Clients pick a service, a technician and a preferred time, and the salon also offers an emergency booking option for urgent needs. No deposit is required to reserve an appointment. Appointments can be cancelled up to one hour before the scheduled time.
The salon runs a rewards program. Clients earn points based on what they actually pay, and points can be redeemed as a discount on any service. Referring a new client, buying gift cards and a birthday-month bonus also add points, and each batch of points expires 12 months after it is earned.
Questions can be answered by calling or texting the salon, and updates are posted on Instagram. Opening hours run Monday through Saturday and on Sunday afternoons, as listed on the site.
