The extension menu covers a free consultation, tape installs, two-row installs, take-out and back-in service, and move-ups for existing extensions. Ellie Rico specializes in lived-in blondes, dimensional brunettes and extensions.
New clients can start with a free 15-minute consultation in person, by FaceTime or by phone. Several color services and extension installs take a deposit, and appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged half the scheduled total. Packages bundle highlights or root work with gloss and toner, a conditioning treatment and a blowout, and credits apply automatically at checkout. A Blowout and Go membership covers four shampoo and blowouts a month, one per week.
Appointments are built around getting to know each client, with the aim of lasting relationships with the people who book.
