The facial menu runs from a 30-minute glow facial to a 90-minute full treatment with exfoliation, LED light therapy and massage. Options include an acne-focused facial, a hydration-focused facial, a custom chemical exfoliation, a seasonal pumpkin enzyme facial and a microneedling-style treatment using small gold-plated needles. Every facial includes a complimentary neck and décolletage massage.

Beyond facials, the menu includes brow shaping, wax and tint, and brow lamination, along with lash lifts and lash tinting. Makeup options include bridesmaid and bridal applications and a custom event look with airbrush makeup and lashes, which are booked by contact only. A full range of waxing is also offered, from ear and lip to full leg, and add-on treatments such as an eye treatment, LED light therapy or a short massage can be added to other services.

The business is open Monday and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Sundays. To cancel or reschedule, clients call or text (630) 917-1075, and the business asks for 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the booked service.
