Visits are by appointment only, booked through the Book Now tab on the website, and walk-ins are not accepted. Every visit includes complimentary refreshments and a crystal of the client's choice. Facials are shaped during the appointment around the client's skin that day, and treatment modalities are included in facials with no add-on fees, according to the spa.

The skin menu runs from a 60 minute Classic Facial ($130), focused on corrective skincare and targeted exfoliation, to a 90 minute Custom Facial ($165) that includes in-depth skin analysis, advanced modalities, massage and an optional Crystal Meditation. The Glass Skin Facial ($175) is a 90 minute all-Korean skincare facial that blends Korean techniques with massage. Advanced treatments such as microneedling and chemical peels require a facial first, and neither is offered to first-time clients.

Intuitive Reiki readings combine hands-on Reiki with sound therapy, guided meditation and crystals, and the spa says they are not fortune telling and do not predict outcomes. Massage is offered in Therapeutic, Holistic, Prenatal, Thai and Manual Lymphatic Drainage styles, in 60, 90 or 120 minute lengths where listed. The Holistic Massage Experience pairs full-body massage with sound healing, affirmations, guided meditation and aromatherapy.

The spa offers one-on-one Ellevated Esthetician training for estheticians and related professionals, held at the Lee's Summit location or virtually, and Reiki training privately or in small groups year-round toward Levels 1, 2 and Master. The spa says its team exceeds continuing education standards within its fields. Training materials are included in the training price, and trainees receive a printed manual and a certificate.

Takes a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes consent, autonomy and nervous system awareness, weaving crystals, aromatherapy, meditation, sound healing and affirmations into treatments.
