Online booking runs through a page titled with Ellen McCormac's name, and Olivia Rose also has her own booking listing on the salon's website.

Color is the main focus. Full head and partial lived-in sessions cover blonding or lowlighting, and both include a bond builder, a K18 molecular repair mask, a shadow root and a gloss. Babylights and traditional foils, as well as to-the-root scalp foils, are also offered. Existing clients can book a mini maintenance visit that brightens the hairline and face-framing pieces with up to 15 foils. For gray, single process color handles retouching, blending, or refreshing demi-permanent or permanent color, and the salon suggests returning every 4 to 8 weeks. A glaze or toner refresh is recommended 8 to 10 weeks after a foiling session.

Other services include women's haircuts, which cover a shampoo, a full cut and a blow-dry style, with extra time available for longer hair or larger changes. Keratin, Brazilian or smoothing treatments take about 150 minutes. Treatment add-ons are available, along with consultations and bang trims. Consultations cover color correction and extension goals.

Extensions are offered as clip-in, weft and K-tip styles. Weft and K-tip installations both require a consultation first, and the extension hair is purchased from the salon. The salon says K-tip extensions last 4 to 6 months with proper care. Extra product time is available for extra long or thick hair.

The salon charges a 50% cancellation fee, and clients are asked to notify the salon as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment.
