The salon describes electrolysis as the only FDA-approved method of permanent hair removal. Treatments use an Apilus xCell Pur Epilator for thermolysis, with equipment operating at a frequency of 27.12 MHz. According to the salon, the equipment is state-of-the-art and chosen for a comfortable experience. Electrolysis is offered on all hair textures, including curly, wavy, straight, coarse and fine hair, and on all hair colors, including blonde and gray. Bikini line and genital region hair are not treated.
Session lengths are 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes and one hour, and new clients can start with a consultation plus a 15-minute session. Rates listed as of August 2026 are $65 for 15 minutes, $70 for the new-client consultation and 15-minute session, $85 for 30 minutes, $110 for 45 minutes and $135 for one hour. The business accepts cash, Venmo or check only. Online booking is turned off, so clients book by texting 443-203-9595.
Before a visit, hair must be at least 2mm long, clients should not shave right before the appointment, and makeup should be removed from the treatment area. Sunburned skin cannot be treated, and clients with a pacemaker must provide a doctor's note confirming medical clearance for electrolysis. Afterward, the area should be kept clean, washed with gentle soap and water and iced to reduce redness. Witch hazel or aftercare cream is reapplied after cleaning. Moisturizers, lotions and makeup should be avoided on the area for 24 to 48 hours, direct sun should be avoided for 48 hours unless the skin is covered, and exfoliation should be paused for the first 48 hours before resuming gently.
