The salon says education is the key to beautiful hair, and it treats community as central to how it runs. Stylists work at one of six levels, and haircut and color prices are base levels that can rise with the stylist's level. For color, the stylist talks through the investment and upkeep needed for the result a client wants, so the listed price is a starting point rather than a final figure.

Every haircut and color service includes a shampoo and natural texture styling. Transformation Color Services cover major color changes and longer appointments, priced by the hour with a two-hour minimum, and they require a consultation before booking. Hair extensions are offered using nine methods, including fusion, tape-in, hand tied and butterfly weft, and pricing is set at consultation.

Appointments can be booked in person, by phone or online. New guests receive a confirmation call before their first visit and put a credit card on file when booking. The salon asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel, may reschedule or charge guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late, and may charge up to 100% of the requested services for a no-show. Adjustment and re-do services are considered within 7 days of the original service. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase. Guests under 18 need a guardian present for consultation and service. Credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge, while debit cards, cash and checks do not.
