Before a new style goes in, stylists remove any old braids. Women can choose from box braids, knotless braids, micro braids, crochet, feed-in braids, individual braids, weaves, lacing, passion twists, and faux locs. Men can book cornrows, plates, two-strand twists, or a wash and blow dry.

Appointments are held with a credit or debit card. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows on the day are charged the full service price.
