Color is the main focus. The menu moves from Signature Blonde and Signature Brunette, which are solid single-process colors, through balayage, traditional foil highlights and multi-technique blonding such as Modern Blonding and Lived-In. Maintenance is planned in advance: some services are booked again after each appointment, and most blonde services have a set return window, often 8 to 14 weeks. New clients wanting a blonding or vivid service first complete a virtual consultation, and clients with previous permanent color may be asked for an in-person consultation.

Cuts and styling are offered alongside color. Options include a custom cut with or without soft layers or texture, a transformative cut for detailed work that needs more finishing time, a dry cut for hair already styled, and a blowout that includes a wash and deep conditioning. Current clients with bangs can have them trimmed at no charge. Add-ons such as Olaplex, conditioning treatments and extra processing or styling time can be added to most color appointments.

Payment is taken through the booking platform. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations must be made online through GlossGenius at least 24 hours ahead, since emails and social messages do not count. Late cancellations are charged 25 percent of the booked services, with the full amount for repeat cases. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be turned away, and shortening a service needs the same 24-hour notice.

Color work is planned around how often a client returns, with consultations before new blonde or vivid services and maintenance booked ahead.
