The lash menu runs from a Bespoke Lash Debut, listed at $256, to refills and changes for existing extension clients. A Refresh lash fill is listed at $112 and takes about 1 hour 45 minutes, and a Revamp long fill is listed at $162 and takes about 2 hours 30 minutes; both are for current clients. Reconstruct, listed at $220 and about 3 hours, is for clients changing the style, length or curl of a set. The studio also offers Elle's Lash Lift 2.0 at $98, a Korean lash lift called the K Lift at $128 that takes 1 hour 15 minutes or more and uses no glue on the curl bumper, and lash tinting at $26. The studio describes the K Lift as having the most impact on how visible lashes are, even when lashes are shorter. Extension removal uses a glue-dissolving gel. The first 15 minutes are free, and each additional 15 minutes is $26. Clients need to be able to close their eyes fully for lash removal, and anyone with concerns about that should email before booking.

Brow services include tailored brows shaped with hard wax from $26, tinted brows, and Stained Brows at $28, which use Infinity Brow Stain for color that can last up to six weeks on brow hairs. A Brow Fix is listed at $76. Eye T Trio combines tailored brows, tinted brows and tinted lashes for $60.

Waxing uses hard wax throughout. Options include underarms, a classic bikini, a French bikini, a Brazilian bikini that covers nearly the whole bikini area front to back but not the glutes, and several combined packages such as brows with underarms, underarms with bikini, and brows with bikini. Essential and premium wax trios cover brows, lips and chin, or brows, underarms and bikini. Prices for bikini and combined services are starting prices.

New lash extension clients can book a free First Things First virtual consultation by phone or Zoom, which takes 25 to 30 minutes. Clients are asked to have three to four photos ready. An in-person consultation at the studio is also free and covers lash goals, a natural lash analysis and an optional patch test, and takes about 15 minutes or more. Patch tests are free and should be done at least two days before a lash lift or other service. The studio charges a $26 no-show fee for consultations and an additional $26 for lash removal when it applies. Product sales are final.

The studio says client satisfaction comes first, even when that means recommending a different service or provider.
