The spa describes itself as a holistic sanctuary for whole mind and body healing, and it is open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, closed Sundays.

The spa aims to be a calm space where guests feel welcomed, respected and restored. Bookings can be made online through Vagaro, by phone at (704) 866-9943, or by email at contact@ellasspa.com. Couples experiences need to be arranged by phone in advance.

Massage rooms come with warm linens and gentle aromatherapy, and pressure, pace and areas of focus are tailored to each guest. Signature facials open with a soft cleanse and massage, using products chosen for the guest's skin on the day of the appointment. Waxing takes place in a private room. Body contouring is a non-surgical shaping treatment delivered in 105-minute sessions; it is not designed for general weight loss. PEMF sessions take place in a wellness setting. They aren't designed to identify, manage, heal or stop any illness and don't replace medical care.

Signature spa packages, couples experiences and memberships round out the menu. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations carry a 50% fee, and no-call or no-show appointments are charged the full service price. Guests with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to pay in advance for future bookings. Gift cards can be bought online or by phone, are sent instantly, and can be used toward any service or package.
