On the aesthetics side, the Aqua Facial is a multi-step facial that covers cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and custom serums. Platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin treatments are used for skin renewal, facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, scar revision and hand rejuvenation, and there is a PRP treatment specifically for hair rejuvenation. Skin tightening treatments for the stomach are also available.

Nutrition work opens with a 15-minute discovery call, where a nutritionist talks through a client's health goals. From there, first consultations run 90 minutes, follow-ups 30 minutes, and functional test reviews 60 minutes, the last walking through functional lab results. The menu includes custom meal planning, dietary counseling, detox programs, functional lab testing, handpicked supplements and vitamins, and broader nutrition support. The GLP-1 weight loss program combines GLP-1 therapy with nutritional counseling, using tirzepatide. Each client's dose is set individually and tracked over time.

Standard pricing is available for new and existing clients without a membership. ELL.E Standard is $35 a month or $336 a year, and ELL.E Premium is $95 a month or $912 a year. Membership includes priority scheduling, discounted services, exclusive events and personalized wellness plans, and the monthly credit can be applied to aquafacials, IV micronutrient therapy and NAD IV, among other services. Unused monthly credit does not roll over. Supplement discounts are 5% for Standard members and 10% for Premium members. Insurance participation may apply to clinical fees, lab work and nutritional services, depending on the plan, and the business notes that credentialing with insurers is in progress.
